Exchange & Refunds
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt.
Return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.
Payments
Full payment is taken at the end of the checkout process.
